The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Investment Project Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Primary School In Sulmierzyce With The Installation Of A Heat Pump. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Thermal Modernization Of The Building, I.E. Insulation Of Foundation Walls, Insulation Of External Walls (From The Inside), Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Replacement Of Thermal Insulation, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Modernization Of The Heating System By Replacing The Gas Furnace With A Heat Pump, Replacement Lighting Fixtures, Construction Of New Fence Spans. The Detailed Scope And Type Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In: - Industry Technical Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications - Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Nature Of The Facility - A Public Building Intended For Educational Purposes (Primary School), The Ordering Party Requires Construction Works Such As: Replacement Of Roofing With Insulation, Sanitary And Electrical Works In The Common Parts Of The Facility, I.E. Corridors And Sanitary Facilities) Were Implemented Immediately After Signing The Contract, During The School Holidays. The Remaining Works Should Be Carried Out During The Term Of The Contract, Excluding One Room, Maximum Two, From The Classroom System In Order To Thoroughly Renovate Them. The Gas Furnace Will Be Replaced With A Heat Pump (Or Switched Over) After The 2026/27 Heating Season, After The Semi-Direct Connection Has Been Made By The Power Plant, I.E. By May 31, 2027. May 31, 2027 Is Also The Final Date For The Implementation Of The Task.
