The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Mazańcowice, I.E.: - Preparatory Works, - Insulation Of External Walls, - Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling, - Insulation Of The Flat Roof, - Thermal And Waterproofing Of Foundation Walls In The Ground, - Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, - Modernization Of The Central Installation Heating, Modernization Of The Hot Water Preparation System, Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building, Modernization Of Internal Lighting, Renovation Of Part Of The Roof (Marked In The Design Documentation As Segments A1 To A6) Along With Supplementing Or Partial Replacement Of Formwork Elements, Battens, Counter Battens, Soffit (Which Includes Approx. 40% Of The Elements To Be Replaced) Along With Modernization Of The Roof Covering (Replacement Of Concrete Roof Tiles With Standing Seam Sheet) And Sheet Metal Flashings, Chimney Steps, Snow Guards, Gutters, Renovation Of Chimneys And Lightning Protection System, - Disassembly And Replacement Of The Ceiling - Cladding Inside The Building (Segment A 5), - Finishing And Cleaning Works, - Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Safety Of Use Of The Installed Devices And Installations (Including Heat Pumps, Fv Installations And Gas Boilers) Along With Providing The User (School Management) Of The Facility With Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Warranty Cards, Attestations And Certificates Of Installed Devices And Equipment.
