The Scope Of Necessary Construction Works Is Determined By The Design Documentation Prepared By: Archigra Biuro Projektowe Grażyna Rajewska. Construction Works Include: - Dismantling Secondary Decorations Made Of Steel, Plaster, Granite Cubes, Bricks, Steel Stairs And Electrical Installations, - Removal Of Old Floor Coverings Along With Disinfection Of Walls And Floors, - Reconstruction Of Basement Rooms, Additions Wall Defects, Plastering And Painting, Reconstruction Of Floors To Enable Movement With A Pallet Truck, Construction Of Two Additional Entrances To The Rooms From The Courtyard And Basement Levels, Purchase And Installation Of A Freight Elevator And Stairs, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Restoration Of Door Joinery Elements And Steel Grating In The Courtyard, Electrical Installations With Switchboards (Internal And External), - Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Facility, - Sanitary Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary And Ventilation, - Removal Of Rubble And Waste; - Tidying Up The Area. Detailed Technical Solutions And The Total Scope Of The Task According To The Design Documentation. The Contractor Is In Particular Obliged To: 1) Present To The Ordering Party, On The Day Of Signing The Contract, A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate Of The Planned Works With Detailed Net And Gross Costs Of The Task. The Construction Cost Estimate Must Be Detailed And Contain The Following Elements: A Cover Page, Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Calculation Of The Unit Prices Used, Table Of Integrated Elements And In The Attachment - For Individual Analyzes And Analogies - A Detailed Calculation Of Unit Prices With Justification. The Construction Cost Estimate Must Be Signed By The Contractor And The Works Manager.2) Presenting The Employer, On The Day Of Signing The Contract, With A Safety And Health Protection Plan And A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Task;3) Obtaining All Data And Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, 4) Submitting Material Applications For Approval By The Investors Supervision Inspector Before Installation And Using Only Materials Meeting The Requirements For Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Act On Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And The Implementing Provisions Of The Act; 5) To Take Over The Area In A Protocol For The Duration Of The Contract; 6) To Secure Access To The Archives Against Access By Third Persons With Temporary Doors; 7) To Tidy Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And To Hand It Over To The Ordering Party With A Handover And Acceptance Protocol On The Day Of Final A
