The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Direct, Comprehensive Physical Protection Of People And Property At The Ordering Partys Facility, Located In Ostrów Mazowiecka At Ul. B. Prusa 2, On A Developed Property, Which Includes A Plot Marked With Geodetic Numbers No. 1333/8, 1333/4, 1333/5, 1333/6.5.2. Protection Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws 2025.532, Consolidated Text).5.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Security Personnel (Except Patrol And Intervention Crews (Zpi)) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, And The Working Hours Must Reflect The Actual Working Time.
