1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Felling And Care Of Trees And Shrubs In Areas Owned By The Kędzierzyn-Koźle District And The State Treasury In 2026. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: 1. Providing Services Consisting In Cutting Down And Caring For Trees And Shrubs On District Roads, Areas Owned By The Kędzierzyn-Koźle County And The State Treasury In 2026. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Carrying Out Technical Procedures, Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis, Related To The Removal And Care Of Trees And Shrubs, In Consultation With The Organizational Unit Of The Team.2. The Order In Question Consists Of: A. Performing Care, Corrective And Technical Cuts In The Crowns Of Trees With Various Trunk Circumferences And Formative Cuts Of Shrubs With Various Surfaces Growing In The Areas Of The Kędzierzyn-Koźle County And The State Treasury, Including In The Road Lanes Of County Roads In The Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Including: A) Care Cuts (Sanitary, Corrective, Screening, Forming), B) Corrective And Technical Cuts (Exposing Traffic Lights, Road Signs And Maintaining The Road Gauge). When Performing Corrective And Technical Cuts, Efforts Should Be Made To Restore The Symmetry Of The Crown And Thus Improve The Statics Of The Tree. B. Cutting Down Trees Of Various Species And With Different Trunk Circumferences, Dead, In Poor Phytosanitary Condition, Posing A Threat To The Safety Of People And Property And Road Traffic, Growing In The Areas Of The Kędzierzyn-Koźle County And The State Treasury, Including In The Road Lanes Of The Kędzierzyn-Koźle County Roads, Based On The Decision Of The Organizational Unit Or Issued Administrative Decisions, C. Forming Cuts Of Bushes, D. Removal Of Bushes, E. Chipping/Crushing Branches, F. Stump Milling, G. Removal Of Foaming Suckers Up To A Height Of 2 M, H. Removal Of Volunteer Seeds, I. Tidying Up The Area After The Work Is Completed, J. Emergency Removal Of Branches, Branches, Etc. Posing A Threat To People, Property And Road Traffic, K.
