1. The Scope Of The Service Includes - Within A Period Of 12 Months: A) Collection Of Dirty Linen, B) Washing Linen With Chemical-Thermal Disinfection, C) Ironing And Ironing Of Linen, D) Packaging Of Clean Linen, E) Delivery Of Clean Linen To The Ordering Partys Premises Using Own Transport. The Term Dirty Linen Includes: Bed Linen (Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Sheets, Sleepers), Surgical, Maternity And Neonatal, Diapers, Patient Underwear (Pajamas, Shirts, Bathrobes), Blankets, Quilts, Pillows, Mattresses, Screens, Curtains, Curtains, Covers, Tablecloths, Mops And Protective And Working Clothing Of Medical And Technical Staff. The Expected Amount Of Linen To Be Washed Per Year Is 212,000 Kg. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Expected Amount Of Washing Is Used To Calculate The Value Of The Order. The Actual Scope Of The Service Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party (Related To The Number Of Hospitalized Patients And Employed Staff), Therefore It May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Implementation Of The Contract. 2. The Washing Process Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations, With Particular Emphasis On The Requirements And Recommendations Applicable In Health Care Units And Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 26, 2019 On The Detailed Requirements To Be Met By The Premises And Equipment Of An Entity Performing Medical Activities And All Other Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference Of The Contract.
