Spokojna 2 - Plot No. 179, Area Plot 0.348 Ha, Area Usable Area Of ​​The Building: 2,012.00 M2, B) At Ul. Staszica 3 - Plot No. 546, Area Plot 0.149 Ha, Area Usable Area Of ​​The Building: 523.3 M2, Using Cleaning Agents Appropriate For Each Type Of Cleaned Surfaces And Using The Contractors Equipment; 2) Cleaning Office And Sanitary Rooms Rented For The Operation Of The Probation Center No. 5 Located In Kutno At Ul. 29-Go Listopada 11 (Usable Area 72 M2 With The Adjacent Basement Room) - Using Cleaning Agents Appropriate For Each Type Of Cleaned Surfaces And The Contractors Equipment; 3) Constant Protection Of Hygiene Products (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Liquid And Foam Soap, Dishwashing Liquid, Air Fresheners And Scented Toilet Blocks, As Well As Appropriate Disinfectants), Of High Quality Not Deviating From The Average Available On The Above-Mentioned Market. Goods And In Quantities That Meet The Natural Needs Of Employees And Visitors Of The District Court In Kutno; 4) Constant Replacement Of Garbage Bags In Baskets Located In Rooms, Bathrooms And Social Rooms, As Well As Shredders. The Ordering Party Segregates Waste Into: Mixed Waste, Paper And Cardboard Packaging, Plastics, Glass And Bio-Waste. Note: The Obligation To Secure Hygiene Products, Disinfectants And Garbage Bags Applies Only To The Facilities Of The District Court In Kutno At 2 Spokojna Street And 3 Staszica Street. The Ordering Party Will Secure The Above Measures In The Premises Of The Probation Center.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 2 And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4.
