Each Of The Roofs Has A Constructed Surface Of About 1,400 M2. The Action, Therefore, Covers An Intervention Surface Of About 4,200 M2. The Work Has A Material Execution Budget Of 2,639,137,86 Euros. The Architects Work Management Works Include All Obligations Derived From The Determinations Of The Building Planning Law. Fundamentally, The Obligations Of The Construction Manager Will Be: A. Directing The Development Of The Work Regarding Technical, Aesthetic, Urbanistic And Environmental Aspects In Accordance With The Approved Project And In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Works Contract, With The Aim Of Ensuring Its Adequacy For The Intended Purpose. B. Verifying The Re-Planning And Adequacy Of The Project A The Topographical And Geotechnical Reality Of The Site. C. Sign The Record Of Stakeout Or Commencement Of Work; Sign The Final Work Certificate And The Corresponding Receipt Act; Comply With The Partial Certifications And The Final Settlement Of The Work Units Executed. D. Resolve The Contingencies That Occur At The Work And Record In The Book Of Orders And Assistance, Or In The Work Records, The Precise Instructions For The Correct Interpretation Of The Project. E. Elaborate, At The Request Of The City Council Of Manresa Or With Its Conformity, Any Modifications Of The Project Necessary For The Development Of The Work, Provided That They Comply With The Regulations Contemplated By The Project. F. Draft The Final Work Project. G. Prepare And Sign The Final Work Documentation.
