The Work Has A Material Execution Budget Of 2,639,137,86 Euros. The Architects Work Management Work Includes All The Obligations Derived From The Determinations Of The Building Planning Act. Fundamentally, The Obligations Of The Construction Manager Will Be: A. To Direct The Development Of The Work In Terms Of Technical, Aesthetic, Urban And Environmental Aspects In Accordance With The Approved Project And In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Works Contract, With The Aim Of Ensuring Its Suitability For The Intended Purpose. B. Verifying The Re-Planning And Suitability Of The Project To The Topographical And Geotechnical Reality Of The Site. C.
