Scope Of Work To Be Performed:- Scraping And Washing Off The Old Paint Coating On The Walls And Ceilings - Leveling The Surfaces Of All Walls And The Ceiling Using Smooth Gypsum Plasters - Making A New Wall Covering With Washable Paint (Approx. 5000 Washes) In The Room To The Full Height Of The Room, I.E. 3.02 M Above The Floor Level - You Can Paint With Latex Paints Approved By The National Institute Of Hygiene, It Is Allowed To Leave A 5 Cm High Strip Without Painting With These Paints Under The Ceiling, - The Old Wooden Floor Covered With Pvc Carpet In The Room Should Be Dismantled Together With Its Structure Underneath, The Backfill Material Should Be Selected (Where It Was Used), And Then An Insulation Layer Of 5 Cm Thick Xps Hard Polystyrene Should Be Installed On The Cleaned Surface, On Which A 5 Cm Thick Cement Screed Should Be Placed, - On The Prepared, Cleaned And Dried Concrete Floors, Self-Leveling Screed Thickness Up To 3 Mm And After Drying, Installation Of Tarkett Cladding, With A Minimum Of 10 Cm On The Walls - A Necessary Condition For Subsequent Proper Maintenance And Cleaning Of The Rooms - Installation Of 1 New Washbasin In The Room With A Cabinet - The Washbasin Should Be Equipped With An Elbow Tap - Replacement Of Wooden Doors With New Panel Doors With Dimensions Of 100X205, - Painting Of Risers And Branches Of The Central Heating. Paints For Steel - Replacement Of Old Cast Iron Radiators, Type T1, With Radiators With A Washable Surface, Purmo Hygiene H20, 600X1200; Each Of The Radiators Should Also Be Equipped On Their Branches With A Regulating Valve With A Thermostatic Head On The Supply Branch And A Cut-Off Valve On The Return Branch (Enabling Possible Disassembly Of The Radiators During Use Or Maintenance Work) - Connecting A New Water And Sewage Installation To The Room In Question - Building The Existing Visible Elements Of The Water And Sewage Installation With A Sewer Made Of Waterproof Plasterboards - Replacing Old Electrical Equipment For A New One - New 230V Sockets And Installation Connectors In Place Of The Existing Sockets/Connectors, New Lighting In Accordance With The Attached Drawings (Raster Luminaires, With 1 Luminaire With Emergency Lighting In Each Separate Room), New Duct Fan In The Newly Made Wall Opening. - Room No. 120 And 120/1 The Primary Care Office Consists Of 1 Room With A Total Area 31.91 M2 And A Toilet With A Total Area Of 5.75 M2 Scope Of Work To Be Performed: - Scraping And Washing Off The Old Paint Coating On The Walls And Ceilings - Dividing The Room Into Two
