The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Internal Road Boguszyce - Soszyce (Stage 1B). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Section Of The Internal Road Boguszyce - Soszyce With A Length Of 0.63 Km (From Km 0+620 To Km 1+250). The Works Include: Strengthening The Subsoil By Stabilizing The Sand With Cement, Making A Foundation Of Crushed Aggregate, Making A Binding And Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete, Restoring Roadsides With Crushed Aggregate, Renovation Of Culverts, Regulation Of Exits And Water Supply Valve Boxes, Desilting Of Drainage Ditches, Strengthening Of Slopes, Embankments And Excavations, Installation Of Vertical Marking Elements. Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Work Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz). The Attached Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9) Specifies The Approximate Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Perform The Task In Question And Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims Regarding The Remuneration Due, Which Is A Lump Sum (The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Offer Price Taking Into Account All Factors Affecting This Price).
