1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Bridge Structure On Dw 776 Km 46+515 Over An Unnamed Stream In The Town Of Jakuszowice.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of All Layers Of The Road Surface On The Bridge And On The Approaches - Approx. 12 M Before And After The Bridge; 2) Dismantling Of Protective Barriers On The Bridge And On The Approaches (3X 12 M + 24 M) And Balustrades On The Bridge; 3) Dismantling Of Sidewalks (Concrete Curbs, Concrete Paving Stones And Edges) On Approx. 12-Meter Sections Of The Access Roads To Bridge;4) Demolition Of Prefabricated Slope Stairs And Concrete Jackets Strengthening The Cones At The Abutments;5) Demolition Of Stone Curbs On The Bridge And Reinforced Concrete Filling Of The Sidewalk Overhangs;6) Removal Of The Deck Insulation;7) Forging Of Cornices And Leveling Concrete On The Spans To Expose The Tops Of The Gromnik Type Beams;8) Excavations Behind The Abutments To The Extent Necessary For Execution Of Transition Plates. Secure The Excavation With Steel Walls Driven Into The Road Axis;9) Note: After Completing The Transition Slabs, The Walls Should Be Left.
