The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Street Lighting At Ul. Piłsudskiego In Krynica-Zdrój. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: The Following Elements Of The Works: 1) Construction And Filling Of Trenches For Lighting Poles; 2) Digging And Backfilling Of Cable Ditches; 3) Laying Of Protective Pipes; 4) Laying Of Cable And Tape In The Cable Trench; 5) Installation Of Foundations And Lighting Lanterns; 6) Installation Of Booms; 7) Installation Of Connection And Fuse Boards; 8) Installation Of Wires Inside The Lanterns;9) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And Light Sources On The Booms Lantern; 10) Inserting A Cable Into The Lantern With Connection; 11) Installing A Lighting Control Cabinet On The Foundation; 12) Dismantling Existing Cables, Poles And Lighting Fixtures; 13) Restoring The Work Area To Its Original Condition. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least A 5-Year Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Entire Scope Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation - Appendix No. 7 To Swz And Stwiorb - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
