Jankowicka In Lusówek - District Road No. 2392P. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 45233120-6 Road Construction Works, 45231000-5 Construction Works In The Construction Of Pipelines, Communication Routes And Power Lines, 45231300-8 Construction Works In The Construction Of Waterworks And Sewage Disposal Pipelines.3. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Includes: 1) Designation Of A Pedestrian Crossing With Lighting, 2) Construction Of A Sidewalk And A Bus Platform On Ul. Jankowicka In Lusówek (On The Southwestern Side), 3) Changing The Location Of The Bus Shelter, 4) Location Of Inlets With Connection To The Sewerage Ditch, 5) Cutting Down Bushes. 4. The Technical Conditions And Requirements Were Specified In The Detailed Description, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Arrangements And Design Documentation: 1) Road Industry2) Sanitary Industry3) Electrical Industry (Annex 9 To Swz).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop, At His Own Expense, A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works Covered By This Order In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And Conditions For Their Placement On Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 2311, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784). The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works Should Take Into Account The Safe Traffic Of Pedestrians And The Operation Of Public Transport During The Construction Period, Or The Provision Of Detours After Agreeing Them With The Carriers, 2) Marking The Work Site In Accordance With The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Design And Maintaining This Marking In Proper Condition Throughout The Construction Period, 3) Reporting And Agreeing With The Owners Of External Devices Located In The Roadway, The Rules For Carrying Out The Works Together With Ordering The Necessary Supervision Over The Works, In Accordance With Industry Agreements, In If Necessary, Industry Arrangements Should Be Updated, 4) Providing Surveying Services For The Construction Site, In Particular Performing An Open-Air Inventory And Performing An As-Built Inventory, 5) Preparing As-Built Documentation In Two Copies In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version (Scan Of The Paper Version).
