1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For The Needs Of Olioc Along With Land Development.2. The Plot Is Located On The Fire Station Building Of The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. 3 In Gdańsk At Ul. Route Of St. Wojciecha 263, Plot No. 97/5, District 109, Consisting Of A Garage Part (1 Above-Ground Floor) And An Office And Social Part (2 Above-Ground Floors). The Shape Of The Building Is Compact. The Garage Part Has A Rectangular Plan And External Dimensions Are 63.9 M X 33.8 M, The Office And Social Part In The Form Of An Added Wing With Dimensions Approx. 16.5 M X 17.9 M. Directly Adjacent To The Eastern Wall Of The Watchtower Is A Warehouse Hall Scheduled For Demolition. The Building Is A Single-Story Building With A Rectangular Plan. 15.5 M X 36.6 M.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Warehouse And Garage Hall In A Steel Structure At The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. 3 In Gdańsk, Together With The Demolition Of The Existing Warehouse Hall, Reconstruction Of Existing Networks And Land Development.4. After Demolishing The Existing Hall, The Common Wall Of The Social Part Of The Fire Station Should Be Reconstructed. The Building Of The New Warehouse Hall Is A Simple Block With Dimensions Of 36.10 M X 19.90 M And A Height To The Ridge Of 7.34 M. The Building Is Made Of Steel And Covered With A Gable Roof With An Angle Of Inclination Of 10%.5. The Hall Was Located In The Eastern Part Of The Plot, In The Place Of An Industrial Building That Was Being Demolished. The Longer Side Of The Building Is Parallel To The Plot Border. A 4.0 M Wide Driveway Was Designed Along The Northern Wall Of The Hall, Leveling The Level Difference Between The Maneuvering Area And The Employee Parking Lot. Terrain Stairs Were Designed Along The Wall Of The Existing Fire Station Building.6. For The Reconstructed Building, It Is Planned To Change The Route Of The Electrical Network, Storm Sewage System, Part Of The Sanitary Sewage System And The Hydrant Supply Line. A Place For Collecting Solid Waste Is Planned In The Form Of A Roofed Shelter With Containers In The South-Eastern Corner Of The Investment Area. The Distance From The Entrances Leading To The Building To The Garbage Shelters Is A Maximum Of 67 M.7. 10 Parking Spaces Have Been Designed.8. The Entire Mesh Fence Needs To Be Replaced. The Entrance Gate Should Be Moved Deeper Into The Plot.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Consisting Of: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities.10. The Detailed Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
