1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation: Basic Order: The Scope Includes The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of Ul. Michałowska On The Section From Ul. Rolnicza To Ul. Gray Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare: 1) A Project Concept; 2) A Construction Design Including: Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Designs For All Industries, Including: A) The Road Industry, Including Elements Of Small Architecture And Elements Related To The Road System. B) The Electrical Industry In The Scope Of: - Construction Of Led Street Lighting Based On The Issued Technical Conditions; - A Project To Remove Possible Conflicts And Reconstruction Of Existing Utility Networks; C) The Sanitary Industry In The Scope Of: - Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System, - Reconstruction Of The Water Pipeline, Construction Of Connections To Plots That Are Currently Undeveloped And Replacement Of The Existing Road Lane Within The Plot, In Accordance With The Issued Technical Conditions, - Construction Of Sanitary Sewage Connections To The Property, Which Are Not Equipped In Accordance With The Issued Technical Conditions, D) Removing Collisions (If They Occur); E) Preparing Materials For An Application For Consent To Derogate From Technical And Construction Regulations In The Event Of The Need To Locate Networks Or Devices Not Related To The Road Under The Roadway, If Necessary. 3) Detailed Design For All Industries, As Well As Detailed Design For Removing Conflicts In The Event Of Their Occurrence; 4) Investors Cost Estimate For All; 5) Bill Of Quantities - For All Industries; 6) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Industries; 7) Greenery Design Together With Its Inventory; 8) Real Estate Division Design For All Real Estate In The Scope Of The Road Delimitation Lines Necessary To Perform The Task; 9) Soil Tests And Geotechnical Documentation; 10) A Collective List Of Costs With The Net/Gross Amount And Division Into All Industries; 11) Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Design. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Other Studies, The Need For Which Will Be Revealed In The Design Phase, Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And For The Proper Preparation, Based On The Above-Mentioned Documentation Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.2. The Contractors Responsibilities Also Include: 1) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes At A Scale Of 1:500 With Checking The Location Of Underground Utilities Networks By Measuring All Above-Ground And Underground Network Elements (Wells), Including Plantings, Etc., As Well As Extracts From The Land Register Of Plots, Which Will Be The Basis For The Developm
