Task No. 1 - Development Of The Area At The General Education School Complex In Świdnicathe Scope Of Design Work To Be Performed Within The Scope Of Task No. 1 Includes, Among Others: 1) Renovation Of The Area Adjacent To The School Building (Extension Of Ul. Zygmuntowska - Area Marked No. 1 On The Map) In The Scope Of Land Development, Including, Among Others: By Removing Concrete Remains Of The Foundations From The Masts And Developing The Area On The Left From The Main Entrance To The School Building (Area Marked No. 1 On The Map)2) Leveling And Hardening The Area Adjacent To The School Building (In Front Of The Toilets, Along The Wall With The Property Of Plot 1849 - Area Marked No. 2 On The Map), Including Development Of The Area Around The Heat Pump. Designating A Place For Waste Collection.3) Proposing A Communication Path/Sidewalk Providing Access To The Gymnasium (Area Marked No. 3 On The Map). Leveling The Area Between The School Building And The Gymnasium, Planning A Potential Space For An Outdoor Gym.4) Development Of The Area Adjacent To The School Building (Area Marked No. 4 On The Map) In Terms Of Tidying Up The Area.5) Repairing Or Replacing The Surface Of Sidewalks On The Square In Front Of The Main Entrance To The School (Area Marked No. 5 On The Map). Currently, The Surface Of These Sidewalks Is Uneven, The Slabs Are Damaged By Roots And Pose A Tripping Hazard). It Is Necessary To Build New, Safe Sidewalks, Which Will Enable Safe Access To The Odulica Zygmuntowska School. This Stage Also Includes The Introduction Of A Fence And Closure Of Part Of The School Property, Including The Main School Building.6) Replacement Of The Concrete Fence Of The School Area From The Side Of Mieszka And Wodna Streets And The Plot Currently Belonging To Pgnig - Section / Area Marked No. 6 On The Map). The Scope Of Design Works Must Include The Method Of Draining Rainwater From The Area Covered By The Study.1.2. Preparation Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of: A) Construction Design - [3 Copies - Paper, Pdf And Dwg Format], Which Consists Of: - Architectural And Construction Design, - Land Or Plot Development Design, - Technical Design. B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - [1 Copy - Paper, Pdf Format], C) Investors Cost Estimate With Bills Of Quantities - [1 Copy - Paper, Pdf And Ath Format.
