The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Additional Equipment For The Laboratory - A Portable Fiber Optic Tester (Otdr Reflectometer) For Measuring Single-Mode And Multi-Mode Fiber Optic Paths, Along With Accessories, Software And User Training.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Swz, Part Ii (Opz), In Which The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Technical Parameters. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Equipment - Equivalence Means The Possibility For The Contractor To Offer Products With Different Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, But With The Same Properties Required By The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Stipulate That Only Sheltered Workshops And Other Contractors Whose Activities, Or The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Perform The Contract, May Apply For The Contract Include The Social And Professional Integration Of People Who Are Members Of Socially Marginalized Groups, In Particular Those Indicated In Art. 94 Section 1 Points 1 - 10 Of The Public Procurement Law.5.
