The Subject Of This Order Is One Task, Which Consists In Organizing Summer Camps For Children And Youth Of Primary Schools In 2026 In A Town On The Baltic Sea In The Province. West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Including The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Location Of The Summer Camp In A Town On The Baltic Sea In The Area From Świnoujście To Kołobrzeg.2. Accommodation Of Summer Camp Participants, I.E. A Total Of 200 Children And 15 People (Educators, Camp Manager And Bus Driver) In Two Consecutive 10-Day Stays (9 Nights), In Brick Houses - Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law - Located In A Tidy, Developed Area And Free Of Any Objects And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Safety, Including: A) Accommodation Of Children (100 Children In Each Stay), In A Minimum Of 20 Brick, Insulated And Heated Houses For A Maximum Of 5 People. Each House Must Have At Least Two Rooms And A Complete Sanitary Facility - Bathroom (Washbasin, Toilet, Shower With Hot And Cold Running Water). Each House Should Have: A Wardrobe, A Tv, Wifi Access And A Maximum Of 5 Separate Beds. The Ordering Party Excludes The Use Of Bunk Beds. B) Staff Accommodation, In At Least 3 Brick, Insulated And Heated Houses For A Maximum Of 5 People. Each House Must Have At Least Two Rooms And A Complete Sanitary Facility - Bathroom (Washbasin, Toilet, Shower With Hot And Cold Running Water). Each House Should Have: A Wardrobe, A Tv, Wifi Access And A Maximum Of 5 Separate Beds. The Ordering Party Excludes The Use Of Bunk Beds. The Houses Of The Educators Must Be Located Close To The Houses Of The Pupils. C) The Center Is Located At A Distance Of No More Than 1000 M From The Guarded Seaside Swimming Area Intended For The Ordering Partys Colony (Distance Understood As The Length Of The Route To The Swimming Area). If The Center Is Located At A Distance Of More Than 1000 M, The Offer Will Be Rejected. D) The Facility Is Fenced, Lighted And Monitored. E) The Camp Facility Should Include: A Canteen, A Common Room/Disco Room With Sound Equipment With An Area Of At Least 60 M2, A Playground Equipped With Certified Devices (Slides, Etc.), And A Swimming Pool With Dimensions Of At Least 3 M X 10 M.3. Meals For Camp Participants And Staff: Providing Full Board (4 Meals A Day: Breakfast, Lunch - Consisting Of Two Hot Dishes, Afternoon Snack (Served Separately Or During Lunch), Dinner. The Meals Should Be Varied, Meeting The Nutritional Standards Developed By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition Both In Terms Of Quantity, Quality And Nutritional Value, Rich In Vitamins, Fruits And Vegetables. Providing A Packed Lunch For The Return Journey From The Place Of Stay To Turku And During Full-Day Trips Planned In The Camps Framework Program. The Tour Begins On The First Day With Lunch And Ends On The Tenth Day With: A) Lunch Plus A Packed Lunch (Applies To The First Tour), B) Breakfast Plus A Packed Lunch (Applies To The Second Tour).4.
