The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services Along With The Rental Of Hospital Bedding For The Private Health Care Facility Of The Hospital. Scope Of The Service Provided: 1) Washing, Ironing, Mangling - Bedding, Clothing Of Medical Staff, Mattresses, Mattress Covers, Pillows, Blankets, Duvets, Curtains, Curtains, Tablecloths, Towels, Cloths, Mops, Canvas Bags And Other Hospital Linen Partly Owned By The Ordering Party Or Being The Subject Of Lease Within The Scope Of This Agreement In Quantities Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Together With Minor Tailoring Repairs This Assortment (Buttons, Straps, Minor Damage) And Transport To And From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Estimated Quantity 43,000.00 Kg For A Period Of 12 Months. 2) The Amounts Given Above Are Estimates Over A 12-Month Period. They May Change Slightly During The Term Of The Contract, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.3) Collection And Delivery Of The Subject Of Services (Including Loading And Unloading) Will Take Place From The Ordering Partys Headquarters Using The Contractors Transport, Meeting Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements, Including Maintaining A Durable Hygienic Barrier. The Services Will Be Provided Continuously And Uninterrupted, Three Times A Week (Mondays, Wednesdays And Fridays), From 8:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. If The Above-Mentioned Days Fall On Holidays Or Non-Working Days, The Date Of Collection And Delivery Of Laundry Will Be Agreed By The Parties In Advance On The Basis Of A Separate Written Agreement On The New Date.4) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With 200 (Two Hundred) Sets Of Hospital Bedding For Use Under The Lease.5) The Contractor Will Equip The Ordering Partys Linen Warehouse With An Rfid System (Or Equivalent) Along With The Necessary Computer Equipment And At Least One Scale For Weighing The Assortment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, In Particular In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).
