1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of The Manufacturers Technical Support Services For Cisco Network Devices Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Manufacturers Technical Support Service Should Be Provided To A Standard No Worse Than Cisco Smartnet Next Business Day (Nbd) (For Devices Included In Table 1 Of Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order), And Should Ensure: A) The Ability To Report Failures By Telephone At Least 8 Hours A Day From 7:30 A.M. To 15:30 For The Service, The Next Business Day Nbd And Sending Service Requests 24 Hours A Day Via The Indicated Service E-Mail Address Of The Manufacturer, B) The Commencement Of Corrective Actions By The Service When Reporting A Failure Will Take Place On The Same Day From The Notification, C) Repair Or Replacement Of The Device With A New One The Next Business Day After Reporting The Failure (Nbd).2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
