The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of The Building Of The Dzikowiec Commune Office, Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And The Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit. The Ordering Party Requires The Division Of Costs Of Developing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For: • Design Of The Hiding Place • Design Of The Third-Party Liability Warehouse • Administrative Part Of The Building Parameters Of The Designed Facility: Four-Story Building With Rooms, Adapted For Disabled People. The Building Should Have The Following Floor Arrangement:• Lowest Floor: Hiding Place;• Second Floor: Civil Defense Warehouse;• Third And Fourth Floors: Offices And Rooms Serving The Dzikowiec Commune Office;The Hiding Place Is To Be Intended For 250 People. The Total Area Of ​​Each Floor Is Approximately 500 M2. Total Area Without Taking Into Account The Maneuvering Area, Parking Lot And Greenery. The Building Must Be Adapted To Serve Disabled People (Including: Construction Of An Elevator). The Building Should Include Internal And External Electrical And Alarm Installations, Water And Sewage Installations And Domestic Hot Water, As Well As The Installation Of The Buildings Central Heating, Emergency Power Supply, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Fire Alarm, Earthing And Lightning Protection Installations, And External Internal Ict Installation. The Project Should Provide For Complete Development Of The Area, I.E. Access Road And Plantings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult With The Ordering Party On An Ongoing Basis On All Design, Material, Functional And Technical Solutions Related To The Development Of Design Documentation.
