Dental Prostheses In The Full Prosthesis Model, With The Following Descriptions: *The Prostheses Must Be Made In The Following Laboratory Steps (To Be Performed By The Prosthetic Technician): -Individual Tray In Acrylic Resin From The Initial Plaster Model Provided By The Dentist From The Municipal Health Network; -Preparation Of The Rodete In Wax; -Delivery Of Teeth Mounted In Wax; -Finalization Of The Prosthesis With The Following Characteristics: Teeth Inside Or Similar And Thermopolymerizable Acrylic Resin; -Relining If Necessary *Transportation Of Models Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Models Must Be Collected And Delivered To The Integrated Health Center At A Time To Be Arranged. For The Transport Of These Models, The Laboratory Must Provide The Appropriate Containers, In Order To Guarantee The Integrity And Identification Of The Material. *Together With The Delivery Of The Invoices At The End Of Each Month, An Invoice Must Be Attached For The Dental Implants Or Similar Used In The Manufacture Of The Prostheses. When Delivering The Prosthesis Mounted In Wax, It Must Be Accompanied By The Respective Internal Or Similar Tooth Plates Used; Important: Delays In The Collection Of Models, Delays In The Delivery Of Work, Low Quality Of The Prostheses Delivered, The Contract May Be Interrupted Without Prejudice To The Contractor. *The Contract/Price Registration Minutes Must Be Valid For 12 (Twelve) Months. *The Need For A Training Certificate And Registration With The Regional Dentistry Council For Laboratories To Participate In This Tender, In Addition To Registration With The Cnes, Is Essential. -Preparation Of The Rodete In Wax For Testing; -Teeth Mounted In Wax For Testing; -Completion Of Removable Partial Dentures With A Metal Structure With The Following Characteristics: Metal Structure Made Of Cobalt Chromium Alloy Without The Addition Of Other Metals That Could Cause The Accumulation Of Heavy Metals In Users And Fractures Resulting From The Reuse Of Alloy, Internal Teeth Or Similar And Thermopolymerizable Acrylic Resin; -Relining If Necessary *Transportation Of The Models Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
