The Intent Of This Invitation Is To Obtain Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors For 3.03 Miles Of Milling, Patching, Asphalt, And Striping Of Jonesboro Road (From I-75 To Rosebud Lane). Bids Will Only Be Considered By Those Bidders And Subcontractors Currently Pre-Qualified With The Georgia Department Of Transportation. Contractors Must Also Be Currently Registered And Active With Sam.Gov.Proposals Will Be Accepted Until 3:00 Pm Local Time On June 12, 2026. Late Bids Will Not Be Considered Nor Returned. Proposals Submitted By Mail, Common Carrier Or Delivered In Person Will Be Received By Henry County, Purchasing Department, Located At 140 Henry Parkway, Mcdonough, Ga 30253. Electronic Bids Are To Be Submitted Through The Countys Eprocurement Portal At (Https://Procurement.Opengov.Com/Portal/Henryga). Emailed Or Faxed Proposals Will Not Be Considered. Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn For Sixty (60) Days After The Time And Date Set For Closing, Except As Allowed By Ocga. Henry County Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals And To Waive Any Technicalities.
