The City Of Gronau (Westphalia) Is Planning To Build The Grüne-Aue-Schule, A Primary School In The West Of The City. The Brownfield Site Of The Former Railway Line Between Marschallstrasse In The North And Steinstrasse And Brookstrasse In The South Is Intended For This Purpose. An Area Of Around 5,500 M² Is Available For The New School Building. The Area Was Previously Used Commercially And Will Be Renovated By A Contracted Company Before The Shell Construction Work Begins. The Ground And Upper Floors Of The Future School Building Will Be Constructed Using A Wood Hybrid Construction Method. The Partial Basement Is Made Of Waterproof Concrete. The Building Will Have A Flat Roof Construction With A Final Green Roof And Photovoltaic System In Some Areas. As Part Of This Project, The Electrical Installation Work Will Be Put Out To Tender.
