The Contract Includes A Basic Offer Relating To The Acquisition Of The Configuration, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Warranty, And On-Site Anses Training For 4 To 6 People; In Addition To The Basic Offer, The Contract Includes 4 Possible Additional Services (Pse) Including 2 Mandatory And 2 Optional: - Mandatory Pse 1: Instrument Maintenance And Software Suite Updating Contract, For A Period Of 12 Months Renewable Twice 12 Months, Revisable Prices, Implemented At The End Of The Warranty Period, Including An Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit And Curative Interventions Based On Quotes/Purchase Orders. The Response Time For Curative Visits Must Be Indicated In The Candidates Offer. The After-Sales Service Capabilities Must Be Described In The Candidates Offer. -Pse 2 Mandatory: An Inverter Suitable For System Protection. -Optional Pse 3: An Apci Source. In The Event Of Mandatory Pse 1 Retained: Curative Maintenance Services Are Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders As And When Required, On The Basis Of Unit Prices Appearing In The Financial Annex To The Act Of Commitment. This Is Then A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders, Setting Out All The Contractual Stipulations, With No Minimum Amount (See Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code). A Maximum Amount Of 60,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Is Only Set For Curative Maintenance Services On Purchase Orders. The Contract Is Concluded From Its Notification Date And Ends At The End Of The Guarantee Period Of The Basic Offer And The Selected Pes. In The Event Of Mandatory Pse1 Being Retained: The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Extended By 12 Months From The End Date Of The Equipment Warranty Period.
