The Object Of The Procurement Is The Demolition Of The Old Middle School Building, Technical Work Facilities And Preschool Facilities Located In The Municipality Of Pornainen (Hereinafter Also The Procurement Unit Or The Client) And The Construction Of A New Two-Story School Center In Its Place, As Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. In Addition, The Procurement Includes The Basic Improvement And Space Changes Of The Kirveskoski School Located On The Same Plot Of Land, As Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. In Addition, The Project Includes The Renewal Of Yard Areas And Yard Structures As Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Acquisition Includes, For The Land Owned By The Purchaser, The Mandatory Changes Of The Unified School, E.G. Demolition, Construction, Electrical, Fixed Furnishing, Yard And Land Construction And Hvac Works As Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Educational Activities Are Operating On The Plot Now And During Construction, Which The Contractors Must Take Into Account In The Planning And Implementation Of The Project. The Project Is Implemented As A Kvr Contract, Where The Contractor Is Responsible For The Overall Planning And Implementation Of The Construction Site In Accordance With The Goals, Requirements And Initial Data Set By The Procurement Unit. The Contractors Task Is To Produce All The Necessary Plans And Complete The Construction Work Ready For Commissioning. The Client Has Drawn Up Plans At Master Drawing Level And Is Responsible For Applying For A Building Permit. The Selected Construction Contractor Acts As The Sites Main Contractor And Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Coordinating The Work Of Different Contracts. The Selected Contractor Is Responsible For The Coordination Of Planning And Implementation, Modeling, Schedule, Quality, Costs, Documentation, Work Safety And The Management Obligations Of The Construction Work. The General Contract Terms Of Construction Contracts Yse 1998 (Rt 80367) Are Followed In The Contract Contracts.
