Scope Of The Construction Site: Building Permit Used (Us 250): 3,209.5 + 1,447 Km² Usable Area: 2,034 + 1,188.5 Asm² Gross Area: 2,780 + 1,606 M² Volume: 14,910 Rm³ Apartments: 44 Units The Scope Of Procurement Concerns Construction, Hvac And Electrical Contracts. The Construction Contract Includes The Demolition Of The Targets Old Building In Accordance With The Calculation Documents. The Form Of Procurement Is A Shared Contract, Where The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. Hvac And Electrical Contracts Are Performed As Side Contracts Subordinated To The Main Contractor In Accordance With Subcontract Rt-80271. The Main Contractor Must Take Care Of Implementing The Construction Site In Accordance With The Regulations, Building Permit And Good Construction Practice.
