The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery To The Contracting Partys Catering Points Located In The City Of Kołobrzeg Of: Fresh Vegetables And Fruit, Listed In The Assortment And Quantity System In Annex No. 1 To This Specification. 2. The Delivered Products Should Be Of High Quality, Free From Spoilage, Without Mineral Contamination, And In The Case Of Leafy Products - Without Signs Of Progressive Wilting, With An Appropriate Shelf Life. Articles Should Be Delivered In Packaging (Boxes, Easily Washable Containers). The Packaging Should Be Adapted To The Properties Of The Given Product, Without Damage, Appropriate From The Point Of View Of Hygiene And Health Safety Of Food. It Is Required To Ensure The Traceability Of Delivered Products. 3. The Delivery Includes A Transport Service In A Car Intended For Transporting Food And Unloading At The Ordering Partys Place At The Place Indicated By Him. The Supplier Will Deliver The Goods In Clean Protective Clothing. 4. Delivery Of Goods Within A Maximum Of 12 Hours From Placing The Order. 5. Deliveries A Maximum Of Six Times A Week, No Later Than 10:00. 6. If The Delivered Goods Are Found To Be Damaged Or Have An Inappropriate Smell, The Supplier Will Replace The Entire Batch Of Goods By 3 P.M. On A Given Day.
