The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Reservation, Purchase And Delivery Of Individual And Group Airline Tickets For Passenger Transport By Airlines, Both Scheduled And Low-Cost Airlines, As Well As Charter Flights, On International And Domestic Routes. The Service Includes In Particular: A. Searching For The Most Advantageous Connections In Economy Class, And At The Ordering Partys Request Also In Business Class; B. Presentation Of At Least Two Of The Most Advantageous Connection Variants In Terms Of Price And Travel Time, Depending On Availability, Operated By Different Carriers; C. Offering Services With The Possibility Of Using Various Reservation Systems; D. Providing Access To Airlines Associated With Iata (International Air Transport Association); E. Making A Reservation Of A Connection Accepted By The Ordering Party And Providing The Ordering Party With A Confirmation Of The Reservation; F. Notification Of Changes In Flight Schedules, Modifications And Changes To Reservations, Including Cancellations; G. Purchase Of Tickets Ordered By The Ordering Party And Delivering Them To The Ordering Party; H. Submitting Appeals And Complaints To Airlines, Representing The Ordering Party In Complaints Regarding Transport And Assistance In Recovering Money From Airlines, Including Compensation, And In The Event Of Flight Cancellation, 100% Refund Of Ticket Costs.
