Architectural And Related Services – Expansion, Conversion And Renovation Of The Kuhlenkamp Special School In Minden - Property Planning Building. The Kuhlenkamp Special School In The North Of Minden From 1972/73 Is To Be Expanded, Converted And Renovated. After Fire Damage In 1985, The Kuhlenkamp Special School Was Rebuilt In Several Connected Parts Of The Building, Consisting Of A Two-Story Administration Building With A Basement, A Single-Story Classroom Wing, All-Day And Cafeteria Areas And A Sports Hall With Changing Rooms. The Construction Project Includes The Following Sub-Areas: I.1) New Construction Of Classroom Extension Building I: The City Is Planning To Demolish The Single-Story Residential Building On The School Grounds (Caretakers House). A New One-Story Building With Connecting Structures To The Existing Main Building Is To Be Built At The Same Location. Six Classrooms With Six Differentiation Rooms, A Workroom With An Adjoining Room, Three Teaching Material Rooms And A Sanitary Area Are Planned For The New Building. I.2) New Cafeteria Extension Building Ii: 1-Storey Extension. In The Extension Of The Cafeteria Building, A Serving Kitchen, Dining Room Extension And The Home Economics Room Including The Adjoining Rooms Will Be Newly Built. A Special Feature Is The Home Room With External Access. Ii.1) Renovation Of The Existing Building: In The Two-Story Part Of The Building, Renovation Work Is Planned On The 1St Floor (Administrative Area). Redesign Of The Rooms. Creating Passageways And Door Openings. Removal & Installation Of Interior Walls. Creating Wall Openings. The Construction Of An External Escape Staircase And An Elevator System From The Basement To The 1St Floor. On The Ground Floor And Single-Story Area (Classroom And Teaching Area), Individual Functional Areas Will Be Brought Together And Rooms Will Be Redesigned. Creating Passageways And Door Openings. Installation Of Interior Walls. Creating Wall Openings. Reconstruction And Renovation Of The School Building In Two To Three Sections While Maintaining The Entire School Operation. The Entire Façade Of The Existing Building Will Be Upgraded In Terms Of Energy Efficiency. To Ensure Barrier-Free Access To The Old Building, An Elevator System Is To Be Structurally Integrated Into The Existing Building. Ii.2) Renovation Of The Sports Hall: The Sports Hall Is To Be Modernized Energetically And Technically As Part Of The Measure. This Includes Parts Of The Building Shell, Interior Fittings, Sanitary Areas And Electrical Installations. The Entire Building Is Planned And Constructed Barrier-Free. In This Procurement Process, The Property Planning Building For Lph 6 – 8 Is Put Out To Tender. The Services Of Lph 1 – 5 Are Provided By The City Of Minden Itself. The Specialist Tga Planning, The Structural Planning And Other Services Were Awarded In Separate Procedures.
