Project Summary: The City Has Launched The Power Factor Correction Project (Pfcp) Which Aims To Increase The Efficiency Of Energy Consumption. To Support This Project, The City Is Looking To Hire A Contractor To Purchase And Install Power Factor Correction Equipment At Various City Owned Sites.The Contractor Must Satisfy The Requirements Of Appendix H1 – Prime Contractor For Safety Requirements.This Rfq Is Open To All Proponents. No Prequalification Is Required. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And Will Not Create A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. Scheduled Operational Date: 2027-11-30 Site Visits Will Be Held On May 20, 2026, And May 21, 2026.
