The Largest Amount Of Waste Generated At Power Plants Is Fly Ash And Bottom Ash. The Bottom Ash Of The Keljonlahti Power Plant Has Been Used E.G. In Land Construction. Jyväskylän Voima Oys Keljonlahti Power Plant Started Operating In 2010. Keljonlahtis Boiler Capacity Is 495 Mw. The Plants Main Fuels Are Wood Fuels (Forest Fuels And Forest Industry Byproducts). Coal And Oil Are Used As Support Fuels. Stock Up On Turf. The Bottom Ash Is Stored At The Keljonlahti Power Plant On A Pallet. There Are A Total Of Four Bottom Ash Pallets. Alva Companies Oy Operates The Rauhalahti Power Plant, Which Has An Electrical Output Of 85 Mw And A Thermal Output Of 200 Mw. The Plant Started Its Operation In 1986. In 2015, A New Flue Gas Scrubber And Electric Filter Were Installed At The Plant. The Plants Main Fuels Are Wood Fuels (Forest Fuels And Forest Industry Byproducts). Oil Is Used As Support Fuel. Background And Objective Of The Information Request Alva-Yhtiöt Oy Is Preparing A Possible Tender For The Bottom Ash Processing Service. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Form A Sufficient Understanding Of The Service Solutions On The Market, Feasible Service Models, Suitable Procurement Structure, Pricing Criteria And What Kind Of Requirements Would Be Appropriate To Use In The Future Request For Tenders. In Addition, The Goal Is To Ensure That Procurement Preparation Can Be Carried Out In An Open, Equitable And Non-Discriminatory Manner In Accordance With The Principles Of Public Procurement (Procurement Act And Guidelines On Market Mapping). 3. Preliminary Description Of The Procurement Object The Request For Information Initially Concerns A Service Where The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Collection, Transportation, Possible Pretreatment, Beneficial Use And, If Necessary, Final Disposal Of Bottom Ash Generated At The Keljonlahti And Rauhalahti Chp Power Plants And The Korpilahti, Tikkakoski And Muurame Thermal Plants. According To A Preliminary Estimate, The Amount To Be Processed Is Approximately 3,500 Tons Per Year, And The Amount May Vary Depending On The Production Situation. At The Keljonlahti Power Plant, Bottom Ash Is Stored On Transfer Pallets, Of Which Four Are In Use. At The Raulahahti Power Plant, Bottom Ash Is Stored On Changing Pallets Accordingly. In Heating Plants, The Need To Drain Arises According To The Need To Be Declared Separately.
