Sabotage And Terrorism. Property Insurance - All Risks And Business Interruption Includes: Material Damage - The Insurance Must Cover All Risks Of Direct Physical Loss Or Damage Of Any Kind, Including Earthquake, Breakdown (Breakdown) Of Machinery And Electronic Equipment, Operator Error, As Well As Sabotage And Terrorism, According To The Terms Of The Contract. In The Event Of An Insured Event, The Burden Of Proof, In Case It Falls Under The Excluded Risks, Is The Responsibility Of The Insurer. Interruption Of Activity (Loss Of Income) - The Insurance Must Cover Every Single Event Covered Under The Item Material Damage, Which Has Led To Loss Of Income And An Increase In The Costs Of The Activity, Including As A Result Of Breaking Machines And Terrorism, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract. The Property Subject To Insurance Includes Drinking Water Treatment Plant (Wtp) - Bistrica, Wtp - Pancharevo, Wtp - Mala Tsarkva, Wtp - Pasarel, Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wtp) - Kubratovo, Local Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wwtp) Voynegovtsi, Sewage Pumping Stations (Kps), Beli Iskar Dam, Pumping Stations, Reservoirs, Water Supply Pipelines And Tunnels, Hydrophores, Chlorination Stations, Sewage Collectors.
