The Contractors Obligations Include Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant. Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment In The Warranty Period Means The Obligation For The Contractor To Ensure, At His Own Expense And Risk, The Free Replacement Of All Defective Parts Of The Delivered Equipment, As Well As The Removal Of Hidden Defects Of The Equipment, Within The Scope Of His Warranty Responsibility, And Which Did Not Arise Due To The Fault Of The Employer Or Third Parties.​​​​​​​​​​
