The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Work Entitled: Washing And Painting The Facade Of The Main Building Of The Maritime School Complex In Darłowo, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works To Be Performed, Primarily: 1) Setting Up And Covering The Scaffolding; 2) Removing Graffiti From The Ground Floor Walls; 3) Washing And Fumigating The Facade; 4) Painting The Facade. 3. The Area Of ​​The Walls Is (According To The Energy Audit): 2,510.00 M2.4. A Detailed Description And Material Scope Of Construction Works Is Presented In The Documentation: 1) Design Of The Facade Color Scheme. 2) Bill Of Quantities - As An Auxiliary Element. These Documents Should Be Used To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Statement (Appendix No. 8 To The Contract). The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Is An Auxiliary Element, It Should Be Verified With The Swz And Is Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works By The Contractor. The Basis For The Valuation Should Be The Land Development Plan, The Characteristics Of The Facility And The Comments Contained In The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz Entitled Comments Regarding The Implementation Of The Order. Changes In Relation To The Documentation. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Sections Of The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor Should Correspond To The Sections Of The Material And Financial Schedule Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Contract. The Documentation Is An Annex To The Procedure.5. Due To The Impossibility Of Effectively Separating The Construction Site From The Area Of ​​The Functioning School, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out During Periods Free From Teaching Classes.6. Conducting Works On The Construction Site:1) The Construction Manager Appointed By The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Manner In Which The Works Are Carried Out By The Contractor.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit A Work Schedule To The Ordering Party.7. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party Towards The Contractor As Part Of The Agreed Remuneration: 1) Before Installing The Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply For Product Approval And Obtain The Ordering Partys Approval For The Material (The Application Template Will Be Prepared By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party). 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing And Maintaining The Construction Site And Facilities, And In Particular Its Supervision. 3) The Contractor Will Demolish The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Restore The Area To A Proper Condition.
