The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Sidewalks On County Roads In The Towns Of Gnojnica And Lubzina Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Sections Of County Roads As Part Of The Project Development Of Infrastructure For Non-Motorized Traffic And Micromobility In The Drof Area - No. Fepk.03.01-Iz.00-0004/25 Co-Financed By The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027 Priority Fepk.03 Urban Mobility, Action Fepk.03.01 Sustainable Urban Mobility - Zit.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts: 1/ Part I - Construction Of A Sidewalk On The District Road No. 1343R Gnojnica - Broniszów In The Town Of Gnojnica. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order, Part I, Includes The Following Scope Of Works: A) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Road On A 516 M Long Section (From Km 0+222 To Km 0+738) B) Construction Of A Pedestrian Road C) Widening Of The Roads) Demolition Of Existing Land Development Elements, Including The Road Surface And Exits, Culverts, E) Construction Of A Road Drainage System, I.E. Roadside Ditches, Silt Sewage And A Sewage System Rainwater, Including Drainage, F) Reconstruction Of Exits To Plots Adjacent To The Road G) Strengthening Of Slopes With Openwork Slabs, Mesh-Stone Baskets And Stone Riprap H) Installation Of Protective Railings And) Topsoiling With Grass Seeds, Finishing And Cleaning Works.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Approve A Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works.4. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Method Of Execution Are Specified In The Order Of Importance: Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 3 And Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Included In The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way As To Provide Residents With Access To The Property.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: Health And Safety Regulations, Pn Regulations Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Due Diligence, Proper Organization, Safety And Good Quality.7. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Should Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use And Compliance With Appropriate Standards.8. Where The Studies Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Materials And Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technic
