1. The Subject Of The Order Is Successful 24-Month Supply Of Bacteriological Media And Reagents For The Microbiological Diagnostics Laboratory At Spzoz In Wolsztyn. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 10 Independent Parts (Packages). The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. However, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Submitting His Offer, Include All Assortment Items In Individual Packages. It Is Not Possible To Omit Items From The Package. Omission Of An Item Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Required Quantities Are Appropriately Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Assortment, Quantity And Price Form (Packages No. 1-10).
