1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Internal Water And Sewage System And Central Heating As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations In The Secondary School No. 2 In Radomsko. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Renovation Of The Internal Water And Sewage Installations And Central Heating, As Well As Dismantling Of Existing Water And Sewage Installations. And Central Heating, In Particular: A) Preparatory Works, B) Water Supply Installation, C) Hydrant Installation, D) Cold Water Installation, E) Hot Water And Circulation Installation, F) Tap Fittings, G) Sanitary Sewage Installation, H) Central Heating Installation, I) Thermal Insulation, J) Finishing Works.2) Disassembly Of The Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installation.3) Power Supply For The Hydrophore Set. Ordering Party Informs That The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On An Active Facility, Therefore The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Impede The Use Of The Facility And Is Not Inconvenient For Users. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Supervised By The Supervision Inspector. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Is Specified In The Documentation, Which Consists Of: - Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Includes The Detailed Design Of The Sanitary Industry, The Detailed Design Of The Electrical Industry, And The Bill Of Quantities; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Which Covers The Scope Of The Sanitary And Electrical Industries; Hereinafter Also Collectively Referred To As The Documentation. Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has Only An Informative Function. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever In The Swz And Its Annexes, I.E. In Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, It Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Solutions, He/She Includes Information About The Use Of Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Form In Point 10 Other Information.
