1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Increasing The Retention Capacity Of The Rów A Stream Catchment By Repairing Damming Structures At Km 3+505, 4+474, 6+062, 7+511, 8+779 And 9+642.2. The Order Includes, In Particular, Repair Works On Culverts With Damming At Km 3+505, 4+474, 6+062, 7+511, 8+779 And 9+642 In The Łomża Poviat, Zbójna Commune, Which Will Allow Them To Be Kept In Good Technical Condition And Will Enable The Damming Of Water To Be Delivered To Agricultural Land For Irrigation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Simplified Design Documentation - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Includes: - Bills Of Quantities - Detailed List Of Works - Location Of The Structure.2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order. In The Event Of The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors Companies, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order. The Requirements For Subcontracting Are Specified In § 4 Of The Draft Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Will Not Examine Whether There Are Grounds For Exclusion From The Proceedings Against A Subcontractor Who Is Not An Entity Providing Resources.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Any Requirements For The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit Or To Check The Documents Necessary To Perform The Order, As Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Pzp
