The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The Section Of The District Road No. 1385Z Lisie Pole - Polesiny, 1.30 Km Long, In The Scope Of: - Earthworks For Cutting The Slope, - Construction Of Sub-Base Under Exits And Speed Bumps, - Milling Of Bituminous Surfaces, - Execution Of Surfaces, Including: Binding And Leveling Surface, Thickness 5 Cm, Wearing Surface, Thickness 4 And 5 Cm, - Execution Ground Roadsides, - Construction Of Exits, - Construction Of Two Speed Bumps From The Cobblestones, - Disassembly And Installation Of New Vertical Markings, - Painting Of Horizontal Markings, - Finishing And Cleaning Works. The Task Is Co-Financed With A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The West Pomeranian Voivodeship, For The Implementation Of The Task Specified In The Act On The Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Land Development Plan Together With Technical Description, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Table Of Settlement Elements, Which Is Part Of The Project Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer. Note: Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Make Two Information And Commemorative Boards Along With Installation In Accordance With The Program Guidelines, Regarding Information And Promotion. The Place For Mounting The Board Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party. Before Starting To Make The Plaque, The Contractor Will Submit A Design Of The Commemorative Plaque For The Ordering Partys Approval.2.
