A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract, And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.3. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Include A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
