The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Complete Construction And Executive Design For The Construction Of The Municipal Logistics Infrastructure For Civil Protection And Crisis Response Support Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure In Mysłowice At Ul. Bernard Świerczyna. The Designed Facility Will Have A Center-Forming Function Covering The Entire City. The Facility Should Be Designed In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design. The Investment Includes Part Of The Plots Intended For The Location Of A Warehouse Facility, Staff Rooms And Protective Space As Well As Accompanying Technical Infrastructure, Including Access Roads With A Bridge Over The Bolina River, A Maneuvering Area And Fencing. The Main Elements Of The Investment Will Be: • Construction Of A Building With The Following Features: Zone A - Operational Zone Supporting Crisis Activities (Area Near 250 M2) Functional Scope: • Operating Room (Approx. 15 Workstations), • Possibility Of Working For Up To 50 People, • Communication And Analysis Room (Combination Of Functions Is Allowed), • Social And Sanitary Facilities, • Rest Rooms. Nature Of Work: • Activated In Crisis Situations, • Possibility Of Continuous Work Min. 24 Hours (Ultimately Multi-Day). Zone B - Central Civil Protection Warehouse (Area Approximately 500 M2) Functional Scope: • High-Storage Warehouse With Loading And Unloading Ramp • Reception And Release Zone, • Picking Zone, • Separate Cooling Zone, • Technical Facilities.
