Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil (Light) For The Scientific And Research Ship S/Y Oceania, Carried Out On The Way To Spitsbergen And In The Ports Of Spitsbergen (Norway)
1. The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil (Light) For The Scientific And Research Ship S/Y Oceania, Carried Out On The Way To Spitsbergen And In The Ports Of Spitsbergen (Norway) For The Institute Of Oceanology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences (Proceeding Number Io/Zp/5/2026).2. The Procedure Is A Repetition Of Procedure No. Io/Zp/3/2026 In The Scope Of Package Ii.3. Maximum Order Quantity: 96,000 Liters Of Diesel Fuel; Place Of Delivery: On The Way To Spitsbergen And In The Ports Of Spitsbergen (Norway).4. Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Specified For Light Marine Fuels Of The Iso-F-Dma Category According To The International Standard Iso 8217:2017 (E). The Hydrogen Sulfide Content In The Liquid Phase Must Not Exceed 0.5 Mg/Kg, The Sulfur Content Must Not Exceed 0.1% M/M, And The Density Measured At 15Oc Must Be In The Range Of 820.0 - 840.0 Kg/M3. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Marine Fuel Meeting A Standard Equivalent To Iso 8217:2017 (E). An Equivalent Solution Must Have At Least The Same Parameters As Those Specified In The Referenced Standard.5. Notwithstanding The Above, Diesel Fuel Delivered Under This Order Should Be Free From Contamination And Adapted To The Season And Weather Conditions Of The Place Of Delivery. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present And Provide The Ordering Party With Each Delivery With A Quality Certificate In Polish Or English, Issued By A Specialist Laboratory, Confirming Compliance Of The Oil Parameters With The Requirements Of The International Standard Iso 8217:2017 (E) Or Equivalent In Its Full Scope. 7. Form Of Delivery – Using A Tanker Truck With Its Own Device Feeding Oil To The Ships Tanks Or Using A Bunker Truck (Optional).8. A Tank Truck Should Be Understood As A Vehicle With A Tank For Transporting, Among Others: 15 Tons Of Fuel, Capable Of Supplying Ships With Liquid Fuel, Equipped With Liquid Handling Devices: Pumps, Hoses Of Various Cross-Sections, Allowing For Trouble-Free Transfer Of Fuel From The Port Quay To The Supplied Unit.9. A Bunker Should Be Understood As A Small Tanker Or Barge, Capable Of Supplying Ships With Liquid Fuel, Equipped With Liquid Handling Devices: Pumps, Hoses Of Various Cross-Sections On Special Booms Allowing For Trouble-Free Feeding Of Fuel To The Unit Supplied In Roadsteads And Ports.10. The Oil Will Be Collected On Board The Ship By St. Mechanic Or Authorized Person.11. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Expects 2-4 Deliveries.12. The Ordering Party (Shipowner) Will Each Time Agree With The Supplier The Exact Delivery Date And Quantity Of Diesel Oil. Delivery Arrangements Will Be Made By E-Mail Or Telephone (Then Confirmed By E-Mail At The Request Of Either Party).13. The Shipowner Has An Akc-Pr Document - Confirmation Of Registration At The Customs Office In The Field Of Excise Tax. The Marine Fuel That Is The Subject Of These Proceedings Is Exempt From Excise Dut
