The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Services For Securing Licenses For The Zoom Platform (Or Equivalent), As Follows: - Zoom Workplace Business - Annual - 1 Year Prepay (Or Equivalent) - Estimated Quantity: 13 Units; - Zoom Workplace Pro Annual - 1 Year Prepay (Or Equivalent) - Estimated Quantity: 33 Pieces; - Zoom Workplace Pro Three Years Prepay – 3 Year Prepay (Or Equivalent) – Estimated Quantity: 65 Pieces. The Requirements For The Software Products Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Employer - Appendix No. 1. Licenses Are Supplied Based On A Request Made By The Employer To The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right During The Validity Of The Contract Not To Order The Entire Estimated Quantity Of Licenses Or, In Case Of Necessity, To Increase It Until Reaching The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract, And The Same Will Be Paid At The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Of The Selected Contractor. *** The Described Licenses Include The Use Of The Following Functionalities: A) Meetings: - Allows A Minimum Of 100 Participants; - Unlimited Meetings Up To A Minimum Of 30 Hours Per Meeting; - Minimum 10 Gb Cloud Storage For Recording (Per User); B) Whiteboard Service - Minimum Of 3 Editable Whiteboards; C) Chat - Chats And Channels For Correspondence, File Sharing, Etc. D) Email And Calendar. *** The Deadline For Submitting Applications For The Provision Of Licenses For The Zoom Platform Is Up To 12 (Twelve) Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Public Procurement Contract. Term For Securing The Requested Licenses – Up To 10 Working Days From Receipt Of A Request From The Contracting Authority, According To The Terms Of The Draft Contract. License Validity Period: 12 Months Or 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Activation Of The Respective License (Depending On The Type Of License Requested). *** The Participant Must Be Duly Authorized By The Manufacturer Of The Software Products Or Its Official Representative For The Right To Distribute/Supply The Offered Software Products/Services On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria.
