Construction Supervision Services - Supervision Services For The Investment Objective Conservation Works Of The Red Lake, Harghita County. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Service Contract In Order To Provide Qualitative And Quantitative Supervision Services For The Construction And Assembly Works For The Investment Objective Conservation Works Of The Red Lake, Harghita County, Through Certified Site Managers. The Purpose Of The Supervision Service For The Above-Mentioned Objective Is To Provide The Contracting Authority With A Guarantee That The Contractor Of The Work Will Fulfill All His Obligations Contractual, As Provided In The Design And Execution Contract, Will Comply With The Legal Provisions, The Technical Projects And The Specifications/Requirements Of The Beneficiary. The Verification Of The Correct Execution Of The Construction Works, For Which The Supervision Service Is Requested, Will Be Done By Authorized Site Managers In The Fields Requested In The Specifications.
