The Object Of This Procedure Is The Purchase Of Smart Sanitation Infrastructure In The City Of Azuga, Which Consists In The Purchase Of Smart Bins In The Form Of 20 Digitized Above-Ground Ecological Islands, With 5 Fractions, (Residual, Biodegradable, Plastic/Metal, Paper/Cardboard, Glass) Which Include Controlled Access Mechanisms Based On Rfid Cards, Secure Closing Systems And Electronic Monitoring, Which Contribute To The Responsible Use Of The Infrastructure And The Prevention Uncontrolled Storage Of Waste, Reducing The Impact On The Environment And Improving Sanitation Services. Transport, Handling, Assembly, Commissioning, Staff Training, Ensuring Warranty And Maintenance During The Offered Period, Software Updating And Data Transmission During The Offered Warranty Period, Are Mandatory Operations For The Supplier, Which Will Not Generate Costs For The Beneficiary. The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Smart Bins - Ecological Islands That Will Be Purchased Are Correlated With The Objectives And Eligible Activities Set Out In The Applicants Guide For Component 10 - Local Fund, Investment I.1.2.- Ensuring The Infrastructure For Green Transport - Its/Other Ict Infrastructures (Intelligent Urban/Local Management Systems) The Technical Characteristics Of The Smart Bins - Above-Ground, Digitized Ecological Islands, Which Are The Subject Of This Procedure Are Described In The Specifications And In The Technical Sheet, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications Before 10 Days From The Deadline For Submission Of Offers
