Tender for Cleaning And Sweeping Of Roads And Berms By Mechanical Road Sweeping Machine (Mrsm) Having Dry And Wet Sweeping Modes, Equipped With Following Specifications: (I) Minimum Effective Sweeping Width: 3.0 Metres (Ii) Minimum Dust/Debris Collection Hopper Capacity: 4 Cum (Iii) Equipped With Integrated Water Spraying System. (Iv) Equipped With Particulate Matter Dust Filtration System. (V)The Mrsm Shall Operate In Compliance With All Graps Restrictions. Note: 1. The Hire Charges Of Mrsm Includes The Deployment Of Machine With Operator, Helper, Fuel, Lubricants, Def, Consumables, Maintenance, T&P Such As Broom,Safety Gear For Staff, Sweeping, Collection, Loading, Transportation And Disposal Of Swept Dust/Debris To Nearest Mcd Dustbin Or Approved Dumping Site As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. 2. The Item Rate Includes The Submission Of Gps-Based Geo-Tagged Photographs/Video Evidence Before And After Cleaning On Daily Basis And Compliance With All Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge And Applicable Guidelines Of Ngt , Cpcb And Caqm. 3. Any Challan And Penalty If Imposed Due To Non-Performance / Negligence On The Part Of Agency Shall Be Borne By The Agency Himself. 4. Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid For Collection Of Staggered Garbage/Filling Making Stack, Loading, Unloading Etc. And On Account Of Dumping Charges, Etc., Challan & Penalties Imposed By Caqm, Dpcc, Mcd, Ngt Etc. After Handing Over The Site To The Contractor Upto The Completion Of Work And These Charges Shall Be Borne By The Contractor Itself. The Work Shall Be Executed Complete In All Respects To The Entire Satisfaction To Engineer-In-Charge. 5. The Mrsm Will Be Deployed At Edges Of The Roads And The Rate Included Cleaning For A Width Of 3.0 Metres. Nothing Shall Be Extra Payable For Cleaning More Than 3.0 Metres Width. Rates Shall Be Reduced Proportionately If The Cleaning Width Is Less Than 3.0 Metres. 6. The Mrsm Should Display On Dda Duty During Operation. , Cleaning And Sweeping Of Roads, Berms, Footpaths, cement concrete Path/Cycle Track, Bell Mouths, Kerb Channel, Etc. Manually Including Collection Of Garbage, Wild Grass/Bushes, Rubbish, Silt, Waste Material Dead/Pet Animals/ Malba Etc. By Engaging Environmental Assistants As Per Applicable Norms, Complete As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge With All The Necessary Tools, Plants & EquipmentS Required At Site. , Disposal Of Moorum, Building Rubbish, Malba, Garbage, Wild Grass/Bushes, Rubbish, Silt, Waste Material Dead/Pet Animals, Etc. By Mechanical Means Including Loading, Transporting, Unloading To Nearest Approved Municipal Dumping Grounds For All Leads And All Lifts, Complete As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge.
