Tender for External Periodical Services And Misc Works At Dgre, Rdc Manali-1.00 M&L preparation of old surfaces, plastered or un-plastered including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke shoot, mould mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls and all as specified and directed.2.00 M&L preparation of old surfaces, plastered or un-plastered including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke shoot, mould mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash on walls and all as specified and directed.3.00 M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old cement base paint surfaces of walls incl cornics, pillastar and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and directed by EIC.4.00 M & L for complete removal of existing treatement from plastered surfaces finished even & smooth of old cement base paint surfaces of walls incl cornics, pillastar and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall all as specified and directed by EIC.5.00 M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint all as specified.6.00 M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wooden work over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) all as specified.7.00 Providing, fabricating and fixing of customized acrylic name plate of size 175 mm × 115 mm (7 × 4.5), made from minimum 3 mm thick acrylic sheet with premium silver brushed finish, including laser/CNC cutting, edge finishing, and UV printing/engraving/vinyl lettering of approved design, complete. The item shall include self-adhesive backing (3M or equivalent) or approved adhesive for fixing on wall/door with stainless steel screws, including surface preparation such as cleaning, alignment, leveling, and all necessary operations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.8.00 M & L for complete removal of existing treatement from plastered/unplastered surfaces finished even & smooth of walls incl cornics, pillastar and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint dark shade over a coat of primer (100% Acrylic) height upto 10m and including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. 9.00 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted on old wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge10.00 Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints racking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed.11.00 Pebble dash plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of washed pebble or crushed stone 6 mm to 12.5 mm nominal size, dashed over and including fresh plaster in two layers under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. complete all as specified
