Repair /Replacement Of Damaged Parts And Rewinding To250kva Transformer Installed At Lift Irrigation Station Pindi Sarochana New By Way Of Dismantling Of The Transformer At Workshop And Extracting Out The Damaged Coils, Lt Bushes, Ht Bushes, Ht Bush Rods, Lt Bush Rods And Gasket. Strengthening Of The Cooling Fins Of Transformer By Welding Damaged And Leaking Portions. Rewinding Of Threenumber Ht Legs Coils With Standard Gauge Wire With Proper Insulation& Taping. Reconditioning Of Three NoS Lt Leg Coils Using Quality Insulation Material. Replacing The Flashed Core Material. Heating To Repaired Transformer In Oven To Get Required Meager Value. Properly Cleaning The Oil Tank With Scrubbers To Remove All Carbon Deposits. Lowering Of The Coils Inside The Sump Of The Transformer. Providing And Fitting Of Lt Bush, Ht Bush, Lt Bush Rods And Ht Bush Rod Sets, New Insulator, And Sundry Items. Refitting Of The Top Cover Of Transformer By Providing And Fitting Of New Gasket Sheet. Providing/Filling Of 120Liters Of Fresh Transformer Oil In Oil Tank. Testing The Continuity Of Each Phase And Secure All Connection. Shifting Back After Carrying Out Repaired Transformer To Site.
